Deferment from ISTS39

Following the cancellation of ISTS39 (Cartagena, Colombia) due to COVID-19, registered participants were offered the option to defer their refund for use towards the next International Sea Turtle Symposium. If you selected this option and would like to use your deferment payment towards ISTS40, then please register as a new user here and email us your name, what registration category you fall under (high income/low income/student), and what workshops/regional meetings you would like to sign up for. We will then contact you with confirmation of your participation.

Symposium Shirt

One important aspect of any Symposium is the shirt! Recognising the online nature of ISTS40, we've teamed up with a global distributor to enable delegates to purchase a shirt from anywhere in the world. All profit from the sale of shirts goes directly towards the International Sea Turtle Society. Buy yours now in readiness for ISTS40!

UPDATE: Unfortunately the distributor used by Bonfire to deliver shirts has suspended its service to some countries, including Australia (see here for a list of affected countries). We are currently working on an alternative for people based in these affected countries and will provide an update soon.

Please complete this form in the event that you need to request a refund. Refunds can be issued for the full amount paid less 10% administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 11th March 2022.
